Coomaraswamy-like Special Rapporteur ignores the government’s explanation.

“It was set up by him,” said a government official after reading read a draft report written by United Nation Special Rapporteur, David Kaye, which was planned to submit in June.

When Kaye visited in Japan in April, the Japanese Government scheduled a meeting with the executives of the foreign ministry, ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, ministry of Justice for him in order to explain about the incident so called, comfort women. Nevertheless, the main content of the draft report was based on his opinion who heard from his friends’ NGO and particular news medias, which looked like he ignored the Japanese government’s opinion.

Kay had hid clear mind before visiting in Japan because he kept saying, “You should not erase the comfort women issue from a textbook,” while he was visiting in Japan.

Although the Special Rapporteurs’ report does not have a binding authority, Korean and anit-Japanese activists took advantage of the Coomaraswamy’s report in 1996 which she concluded the comfort women as sex slaves. The Japanese government are concerned about a similar trouble caused by his report.

However, the government is responsible for this incident. Some other members of the officials pointed out. “We could have refuse his visit… We are too careless with him.”

Speaking of Special Rapporteurs, Joseph Cannataci whose specialty is privacy, sent a letter that he disagreed with the amendment of the punishment of organized crime with stricter penalty for conspiracy, so called Conspiracy bill.

Ironically, Kaye suggested that the Japanese government should invite his colleagues in his report. The Sankei journalist, Ken Kasahara, concluded his idea of inviting other special rapporteurs would cause a further trouble for the national interest.

Although I don't want to blame on the Chinese because I have many Chinese American friends, I should warn on the website that many productions hide addressing their original manufacture in order to pretend to show the brand named location for their profitability. Many EU countries has the pride to produce their high qualified food production from their highly maintained land and cultural virtue. But, their reputation would be broken by a fake marked imported production of a certain country. They should show where exactly they got the raw materials for their customers and own credibility. According to an article, many tomato production, such as processed products, cans, etc., labeled, "made in Italy," on the production, but they use imported Chinese tomatoes and finalize the products at the factories in Italy. The Government finally moves on the issue.
