Sankei.co.jp expressed the news that 39 South Koreans committed a fraud on more than 30,000 other Koreans. Many Korean NGOs keep insisting against Japan in order to suck Japan's money by calling themselves as victims of WWII, but the performance may be weakened slightly because they are exposed as groups of fraud.
