It's been a month after the worst day in Japan in 21st century. People have been struggling to survive under the leaked radioactive substance into their town. I would understand the Korean's claim on Japan about the leaked water but they are always ask for some billions of money for their demand which has been kept over 50 years. I would assume that the Korean are always interested in gaining money whatever they see other nations are suffered with the natural disaster.
I have to concluded that Korea has always been searching for any chance to rob the money and territories from Japan even if the country is seriously damaged and other countries including Afghanistan, African countries, a country with the shortage of the budget, are willing to help Japan. I'm no surprised with the Korean's reaction for the disaster impacts in Fukushima.
