The world news media announces that the Wikileaks is the most interesting informational website leaked from the government's diplomats and their conversation within the government although the website is in the middle of the critical situation to keep their website as the legal website. The Japanese researcher of the National Security and the International Relationship, Shigeharu Aoyama, 青山繁晴, mentioned on the local TV news, Supernews Anchor, that the Wikileaks might have leaked weak leaks even if Wikileaks collected all information from people involved in certain organizations. He warned the uncertainty of the Wikileaks although he recommended that the website is really interesting to read for people who want the political and intellectual information via the Internet.

According to him, Wikileaks could give us the numerous information as the whistle-blowing website. While Swedish government regards the whistle-blowing as an incentive activity for the justice, other governments including the U.S and Japan regards it as an criminal activity. The News media such as the Guardian and New York Times, attempts to prove the leaked information by Wikileaks.
He picked up the information of the conversation at a lunch between the South Korean and the U.S intellectuals. The information was written about the risky situation on the Korean peninsula. He proved that the leaked embassy cable between them were true by introducing the source and the citation from the Wikileaks. He added that the New York Times also proved the leaked information was true and the cable is typed on Feb 22th in this year.
He also picked out a part of the leaked information on the program. The Korean intellectual in the embassy cable exposed the fact to the U.S intellectual that North Korea would be collapsed in 2 to 3 years in his analysis. The intellectual also said that the Chinese intellectual said to him that South Korea should govern North Korea after collapsing the country for "their great unity."
Shigeharu Aoyama, however, doubted the certainty of the leaked information of the conversation between South Korean and the U.S intellectual by pointing out the part of Korean intellectual's comment in the embassy cable. The Korean exposed to the U.S intellectual that Japan has wished that Both Korea should never been united to be the great united country when the U.S intellectual asked him that South Korea would need the military help from both the U.S and Japanese forces. And then Mr. Shigeharu suspected that the Korean intellectual told the U.S intellectual his ideal idea without telling the facts as well as the major Korean idea of hating Japan because he proved that Japanese has been feared the possible attack from North Korea but never cared about the unity of both Korea. He also suspected that the Korean intellectual's comment is doubtful because Chinese intellectuals' message to the U.S intellectual commented by the Korean was indirect enough.
He concluded that this particular leaked message did not tell the factual truth. Depending on the source, it would included rather the ideal, emotional perceptions from a country than the factual information of a government. And then, he ended up with saying that people should be more skeptical to get the information in order to know the factual norms even if they get it from the whistle-blowing site which many people believe that it is the true fact.
I totally agree with him that Wikileaks can leak the weak information even if the leaks are true. Particularly, the Korean's leaks about the multiple aspects of the relationship between Japan and Korea often tell the lie or their ideals for their ideal future. I guess he made another great job for us to know the factual information in order to lean the clear ideas of the politics.
