The East Asia peninsula countries, North and South Korea, keep their war over 50 years after WWII. Both countries has been attempting to unite their territories and same identities as the Korean in order to blame on Japan's past behavior which was already finished by the official apology at the end of the WWII. However, they keep hating and blame on each other as the history shows the details rather than want to unite their ethnicity and country. Summary Al Jazeera announced on Nov 23, that North Korea has launched missiles at the island where both countries declared as their territory. Dalai Lama, the Buddhist priest, is giving up his effort to ask the Chinese government for allowing the Tibetans to have the autonomy, (self-government) in their country, Tibet, because he is disappointed to the Chinese government. According to Al Jazeera, the political relationship between China and Tibet get worse while the Tibetan spiritual leader has attempted to create the calm space between both nations. But Dalai Lama has to admit that his restless effort on it failed at the end. He would be anxious of the ridiculously abusive political attitude toward the Tibetans by the Chinese government. The news also points out that he needs to find another solution for the cross-cultural conflicts between both countries. Brief Summary: New York Times commented that Ban Ki Moon, the U.N general secretary, intentionally skipped to ask China to flee the imprisoned Nobel Peace Prize winner and respect the human right, when he talked with the top of Chinese government on Nov 1st on its editorial opinion. Japanese Finance minister, Fujii, Democrat, insisted at the TV program on TBS that the government need to revise to strengthen the information control because the leaking scandal of the video of the Chinese attack on the Japanese coast patrol ship can be a fetal damage on the Democrat. "The government mentioned to show only a few selected people the video for the national security. But it allowed someone else to expose the video to the public by leaking. This is unforgivable crime. As the Prime minister said before, we have to skeptically investigate to find the criminal of leaking the video," said Fujii, Democrat. I posted suggesting that Wikileak should be more careful to leak the military information in order to protect a nation's military. I would like to introduce another view of leaking the military information. The Japanese Democratic party, leaded by Yoshito Sengoku and Naoto Kan, tried to hid the video which captured how Chinese boat attacked the Japanese sea-patrol ship. But someone leaked the first edited version of the video. In this case, it can protect Japanese navy because their unique rule kept their force from having their weapon for their security. They could not even defend themselves by their hand because of their over-controlling law over the force.
