Oakland would be one of most diverged cities in U.S where has a lot of different community based on races, ethnics, cultural differences, etc. The city is also an origin of the hip-hop, rap culture. Beside the cultural divergency, Oakland has continuously caused a lot of riots between their differences. Unfortunately, another riot erupted in this month. Each time when it happened, many citizens who participated in the riot are arrested by the police. Moreover, the worst case of scenarios is a murder during the riot. In this time it was happened by the past mistaken shot triggered by the police man in the last year. The problem is not only a divergence and racial differences, it also includes the rare case that a police officer with a gun angrily shot an innocent Black man. The gun-murdering shot was shot in the last year. The police officer should originally protect every citizen from any coverage as his duty.
