The news shows that a Iraqi man shoot both of his shoes toward the US President Bush at a speech of his farewell trip in Iraq.

BBC News explains some religious meaning and boundary about behaviors with shoes. And it also introduces some background of this incident.

A guy on CNN video said that throwing shoes at a person represent a extreme insult or anger in Iraq. So Iraqi considers that throwing one's shoe is rude as their culture. It's obvious to know his anger against Bush because he saw his enemy's leader who attack his country. I know he did rudely but I should know he has suffered from a long chaotic life in his home land after the war.
