I've done the 1st mid term today.

That made me feel o.k. I have almost had no motivation for the semester since the summer. But since the semester has never waited for me, I need to study for the midterm. Fortunately I filled out all answers on the midterm of Hospitality Mangerment, the major class. I was glad to know the professor of this class gave me the fair and fairly understandable questions on the exam. I was not sure how many questions I answered correctly. I could answered most of questions confidently.

However, I read almost 200 pages which were not covered on the exam. So techniqueally, I have almost done nothing for the miterm until the last night of the mid term. That made me feel giving up the exam and just taking the test without any preparation for it. But I tried to catch them up as possible as I can. Luckily or not, I answered all of questions but I have never known how many answere are correct. All I need is waiting up for the result coming up.... Doh x_x

Maekawa Failed showing the evidence

Food Journal Warns a fake Italian Tomato.

Although I don't want to blame on the Chinese because I have many Chinese American friends, I should warn on the website that many productions hide addressing their original manufacture in order to pretend to show the brand named location for their profitability. Many EU countries has the pride to produce their high qualified food production from their highly maintained land and cultural virtue. But, their reputation would be broken by a fake marked imported production of a certain country. They should show where exactly they got the raw materials for their customers and own credibility. According to an article, many tomato production, such as processed products, cans, etc., labeled, "made in Italy," on the production, but they use imported Chinese tomatoes and finalize the products at the factories in Italy. But, unfortunately, the low-qualified raw materials imported from China never prove their food quality at the market, even if finalized products has a particular ban...

The Government finally moves on the issue.
