Diet

here is news on NPR I heared before that onw who tries to lose weight sometimes need to have a day-off of dieting once a week in order to release her from a stress from dieting. I found one thing on the news saying that if one need to avoid drinking a glass of milk, she needs to drink a glass of alcium modified orange juice. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5350086

Californian City

I went to Menlo Park to just be relaxed today. It has bee for a really long time which I have not been to there after I moved to SF from Hayward. In fact I prefer Menlo Park and Burlingame to SF and Hayward because the veiw Menlo Park is mush more beautiful than SF and EB. Driving to Menlo Park from San Fransico is around 50 min without any trafic jam. Yeah, it is probably 30 miles between them. But if you lived in the SF city for a long time, you may feel that you want to go some other city to be relaxed, like me :p Whole Bay Area is not so cold area except San Francisco because of the jet stream or shore lines. Chinese Food Safety

I should not blame anything on Chinese manufacture because I could understand that any person wants earning as many as possible. But I never understand that they do not care if they keep providing poisonous products over the time. 100,000 people in China die every year. But they still keep selling to a global market. http://en.epochtimes.com/news/7-6-2/56042.html http://www.govexec.com/story_page.cfm?articleid=37096&dcn=todaysnews

Rainy season has come

SF is rather a rare city than other cities in CA because it has a rainy season in a year. I had a company with my friend a couple of days ago for a breakfast and a private celebration for my friends' graduation. We went to a Mexican-Californian style restaurant on 22nd and Mission where is locally well-known. Since we have not seen for a while except one of them, I needed to have more time to have more conversations to know what we have done while we have not hunged out. Yep, I would love to meet these guys again after graduation at SFSU :)
